Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager- Safety to join our team at Titan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all safety-related activities within the company's eyecare-ISCM department. This includes developing and implementing safety policies, conducting safety audits, and providing training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Provide safety training to employees and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents that occur within the department
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Stay updated on new safety regulations and standards and implement necessary changes
• Manage a team of safety officers and provide guidance and support as needed
• Prepare and present safety reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the eyewear industry
• Knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Work Experience

Graduate & ME In Safety / Advanced safety diploma in RLI/CLI

2 to 5 years of expeirence.
