Role & responsibilities:

  • Ensuring internal safety audit w.r.t all statutory requirements and company policy.
  • Safety Audits to be conducted of PNG, CNG, Projects and operations area.
  • Training and awareness program for contractual and regular employees.
  • Use and availability of PPEs at all work site, adherence and implementation of safety guidelines and procedures of the assigned area.
  • Conducting Safety committee meeting.
  • Preparation of monthly safety observation report.
  • Mock drills.
  • Incident reporting and investigation.
  • Maintenance of firefighting system.
  • Quick response in emergency.
  • Checking of permit to work.
  • HSE activities.
  • Compliance of statutory requirement as per PNGRB, Factories act-1948, MPCB.
  • Liaoning with Local fire brigade.
  • Preparation of Annual Budget and Budget Tracking.
  • Preparation of SOPs

Education: BE/ B Tech (Fire & Safety)

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Executive in line experience in handling Operation & Maintenance of CGD/ Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry.
  • Crisis management
  • Knowledge of HSE
  • Contract management
  • Leadership skills, Team Player, Sound professional & Functional knowledge, Conflict Management, Interpersonal skills
  • Kannada language knowledge

For Deputy Manager position minimum experience is 4 years with maximum age limit of 32 years.

The candidates must have scored minimum 60% of marks in the qualification. No Part-time /Correspondence Course Qualification will be entertained. All minimum essential qualification(s) shall be from AICTE recognized Institutes /Colleges.
