Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager located in Bengaluru. The Deputy General Manager will oversee operational activities, ensure timely project execution, and maintain high-quality standards for large-scale electrical installations. Responsibilities include developing project strategies, managing teams, coordinating with clients, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role requires facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, resolving project challenges, and identifying growth opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management, team leadership, and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge and experience in EHT, HT, LT installations and substation works
  • Proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management
  • In-depth understanding of safety standards and compliance in electrical engineering projects
  • Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage and mentor diverse teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in a leadership role within the electrical or power engineering sector (minimum 8-10 years)
