Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Deputy Manager The Deputy Manager will oversee the implementation and management of HR policies, support employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and drive performance management initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders, managing talent development programs, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working @Talent Management projects
  • Thorough knowledge of Business Financials
  • Experience working on AI Driven projects or Automation
  • Ability to design, develop and program manage strategic projects
  • Experience in prior consulting roles will be added advantage
  • Human Resources (HR) experience with specialized in Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Performance Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Current CTC in range of 12-16 lacs
  • Experience of a minimum of 10 years as a HRBP with a MBA degree
