Role & responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Regional Manager Industrial Lubricants Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires leadership skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive industrial lubricants market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies for the assigned region to meet or exceed business goals.
 - Lead, motivate, and manage area sales managers and their teams to maximize sales performance.
 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial segments such as manufacturing, power, mining, and heavy machinery.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
 - Collaborate with marketing, technical, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
 - Oversee regional sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
 - Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and provide leadership support.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
