Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who will be the whole and sole owner of all digital marketing activities for the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, strategizing, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns, as well as experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure consistent performance and skill development.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to the management team.
  • Optimize marketing spend and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, development) to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend new strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
