Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team, strategizing and executing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand growth across online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Handling & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, designers, editors, and content creators.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor website analytics and optimize content for better visibility and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive traffic growth.
3. SMM (Social Media Marketing):
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Analyze engagement, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for reach and conversions.
- Develop creative content calendars and social media strategies.
4. Web Development & Management:
- Oversee website updates, design improvements, and functionality enhancements.
- Ensure website performance, user experience, and SEO optimization.
- Coordinate with developers for custom features or troubleshooting.
5. Design, Editing & Video Production:
- Supervise creation of graphics, banners, and video content for campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital assets.
6. Paid Marketing / Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Track performance metrics and optimize ROI for campaigns.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
7. Strategy & Analytics:
- Develop overall digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs, website analytics, and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing.
- Proven experience in SEO, SMM, paid campaigns, web management, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on knowledge of video production, editing, and design tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
