We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
(In-Office, Mumbai) who is hands-on, analytical, and eager to scale user acquisition and revenue through paid media. This role is ideal for someone who has
practical experience running Search Ads, UAC, and Meta App Ads
and is comfortable working with
MMPs, GTM, and GA4
for measurement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    Google Search Ads, UAC, and Meta App Ads
    for app installs, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage
    daily campaign execution
    : keyword selection, audience targeting, bid management, creative testing, and performance tracking.
  • Work with
    MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)
    ,
    GTM
    , and
    GA4
    to ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Optimize spend across channels.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and app landing experiences.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor KPIs and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Collaborate with the
    product, design, and content teams
    to create compelling ad creatives and landing page journeys.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in
    app marketing, performance media, and MarTech tools
    to identify new growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 1–4 years of
    hands-on experience
    in performance marketing or app marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Ads (Search + UAC)
    and
    Meta Ads Manager (App campaigns)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)
    ,
    Google Tag Manager
    , and
    GA4
    is a must.
