Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and agents.
  • Collaborate with production and product development teams to align product offerings with market demand.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company and its products.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Textile Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the textile industry (fabrics, garments, yarns, or home textiles).
  • Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, quality standards, and product applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel as needed (domestic and international).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹531, ₹1,250,188.43 per year
