
Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and agents.
- Collaborate with production and product development teams to align product offerings with market demand.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company and its products.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Textile Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the textile industry (fabrics, garments, yarns, or home textiles).
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, quality standards, and product applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to travel as needed (domestic and international).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹531, ₹1,250,188.43 per year
