Position: Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Qualification: MBA/Graduate in Marketing & Sales (preferred)

Experience: 8–10 years

Industry Preference: Uniforms, Luggage, Footwear, or Corporate Gifting

Compensation: ₹15 – 20 LPA + Performance-based sales incentives will be offered, as

applicable

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in

Mumbai or Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, driving revenue

growth, and expanding our customer base, particularly in the preferred industry segments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

 Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure consistent performance.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.

 Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

 Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.

 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless execution

of projects.

 Handle client negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure timely revenue collection.

 Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

 Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 8–10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, luggage, footwear, or

corporate gifting industries.

 Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing sales teams.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.

 Ability to handle multiple clients and drive large-scale business opportunities.

 Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
