Role Purpose
:
As a key player in our sales team, you'll drive growth and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service to both trade (Architects/Interior Designers) and retail customers. Your efforts will help expand our market reach and solidify World of Stones as a leader in luxury wall and floor coverings.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Present and promote our luxurious products to clients
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers for optimal sales results
- Identify and tap into new market potential
- Develop strategies to drive growth and improve market presence
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
- Contribute to product management and launch of new products
- Foster a sales-driven culture within the team
What We're looking for
:
1-3 years of experience in the Home Improvement industry
Existing relationships with Architects/Interior Designers
MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
A motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
