Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Noida. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with key accounts, planning and executing business strategies, and providing excellent customer service. They will need to analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that client expectations are met effectively. Regular collaboration with different stakeholders, both internal and external, will be an essential part of the role.

  • Proven skills in Account Management, with a focus on nurturing and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Travel in field
  • Experience and expertise in Business Planning and managing Key Accounts effectively
  • Strong Customer Service abilities to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to assess account performance, identify trends, and enhance strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is a plus
