Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and liaise with various government departments, electricity boards, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals, permits, and renewals.
  • Manage documentation and compliance processes related to electrical installations, licenses, and statutory approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies, regulations, and procedures relevant to the company's operations.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with government officials and agencies
  • Ensure all electrical work and projects are carried out in compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and update management on project status and liaisoning activities.
  • Support internal teams in fulfilling all legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field)
  • Valid Electrical License (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in liaisoning or coordination with government departments, preferably in the electrical or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of government policies, procedures, and approval processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.
  • Ability to travel locally as required.
