WHAT DOES AN ACCOUNT MANAGER LIaison DO?

An Account Manager Liaison works closely with the Company's nursing home accounts and the physicians who provide care in those accounts. The Role involves the following Duties:

· Work closely with the Account Manager who is assigned to specific accounts and physicians.

· Provide extensive support to Vohra physicians and facility partners to identify issues and respond to inquiries.

· Quickly identify, address, document and track critical service related items and customer inquiries.

CRM EXECUTIVE RESPONSABILITIES

Your typical duties will Include:

Coordinate physician schedules to ensure no facilities or patients are left without care:

· Track the information the Account Manager provides and help to organize physicians routes and logistics. Collect information to distribute via email to all parties involved.

Contact accounts via phone and email as needed:

· Support Account Managers and work on tasks including meetings with active customers.

· Support marketing and outreach to new accounts, including sharing technical resources

· Coordinate implementation of new accounts

Contact physicians via phone and email:

· Coordinate calls for Account Managers with their physicians and generate practice analysis reports and document resolution

Account MANAGER LIAISON EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENT

To become a successful Liaison, you need to possess the following:

· The ability to manage time wisely and manage tasks against deadlines.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Commercial awareness. Have the ability to understand when to resolve and when to escalate an issue to ensure the company provides excellent customer service.

· Top quality Analytical Skills to review practice performance and share insights to better meet customer needs
