Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Office Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, such as managing office equipment, answering phones, and handling customer inquiries. They will support other staff with communication and coordination, ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
