Job Title: Back Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage accurate quotations for elevator projects

Coordinate and follow up with clients via calls and email

Maintain client records and project databases in Excel

Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams

Assist with documentation and general office operations

Requirements:

Graduate (Commerce/Business/Administration preferred)

13 years experience in back office/admin roles (elevator/construction industry preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data management)

Good command of written and spoken English

Strong organizational and communication skills

Employment Type: Full-time
