identifi is a pioneering healthcare diagnostics platform offering a comprehensive range of DNA-based genetic testing solutions across preventive health, pediatrics, oncology, and lifestyle management. We partner with leading doctors, hospitals, and labs to bring predictive and preventive healthcare directly to individuals.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with exceptional English communication and strong client-handling skills, to act as the first voice of Identifi for all lead categories—labs, hospitals, doctors, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to hospitals, diagnostic labs, doctors, and individuals to introduce Identifi's suite of genetic testing solutions.
- Product Communication: Confidently explain the benefits and applications of Identifi's tests (Cardio, Pediatric, Oncology, Complete Health Assessment, etc.).
- Query Handling: Address technical, medical, and general queries in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner.
- Follow-ups & Conversion: Track leads through the funnel, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive maximum conversions.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and ensure repeat engagement.
- Coordination: Share feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine communication and improve conversion strategy.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (B.Sc Life Sciences/Genetics/Healthcare preferred, other streams with strong communication also considered).
- Language Proficiency: Top-tier fluency in English (spoken & written) is a must. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong persuasive ability, excellent listening, and professional tone to engage doctors and high-value individuals.
- Ability to handle technical/medical queries confidently (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, healthcare, or client servicing is preferred.
- Organized, disciplined in follow-ups, with high accountability for lead management.
