We are now expanding our digital presence and seeking a talented Part-Time Tech-Media Executive to handle our school's social media communication and basic IT coordination.

Job Description:

The Tech-Media Executive (Part-Time) will be responsible for managing the school's social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, and providing essential IT and technical support when required. The role is ideal for candidates who are creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about working in an educational environment on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Media & Communication
  • Plan and post regular updates on the school's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Design posters, stories, and videos for school events, programs, and announcements using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Capture and edit photos/videos during school events and celebrations.
  • Write attractive captions, hashtags, and short content aligned with school branding.
  • Coordinate with staff for timely updates and event coverage.
  • Technology & IT Support
  • Provide basic support for classroom technology (computers, projectors, smartboards).
  • Assist with data management, printing/scanning, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Support online communications and website updates (if required).
  • Provide technical assistance during events or presentations.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Photography and video editing skills (mobile or DSLR).
  • Strong English communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Media, or Communication.
  • Prior experience in social media or IT support preferred.
  • Skilled and creative freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹ ₹600.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 per week
