Role Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time AI & ML Instructor to join the Codertia team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science, with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring tech professionals.

As an AI/ML Instructor, you will design and deliver engaging, industry-aligned sessions that help students build a strong foundation in AI and ML concepts, frameworks, and real-world project implementation.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver AI & ML courses that combine theoretical depth with practical, project-based learning.

* Mentor students through coding challenges, real-world use cases, and industry-grade projects.

* Design, update, and enhance course materials aligned with modern AI & ML trends and tools.

* Teach model building, evaluation, deployment, and optimization using real datasets.

* Guide students on applying AI & ML for various domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.

* Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and advancements to continuously improve the learning experience.

* Collaborate with the Codertia academic team to ensure impactful learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.

* Hands-on expertise with key technologies and frameworks, including:

* Programming: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn)

* Deep Learning: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

* Data Science & ML Pipelines: Jupyter, MLflow, Streamlit, Flask APIs

* NLP & CV: NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face, OpenCV

* Databases: SQL / NoSQL (MongoDB)

* Cloud & Deployment: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker

* Strong understanding of core AI & ML concepts — supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, regression, clustering, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.

* Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical topics.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent professional experience).
