Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Purchase Executive with strong experience in vendor management, procurement planning, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sourcing hardware components, negotiating prices, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of hardware devices, accessories, and operational materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers with competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and long-term supply contracts.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams for stock requirements and billing.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Track deliveries, follow up on pending orders, and resolve supply delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, contracts, and invoices.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure procurement compliance with organizational processes and budget guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles (preferably in hardware, electronics, or tech-driven environments).
  • Strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet short timelines.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience purchasing GPS devices, IoT products, or electronic components.
  • Strong decision-making ability and cost-conscious mindset.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
