Job Description

1) Procurement Strategy & Planning

 Plan purchasing activities to meet operational requirements, budget

constraints, and timelines.

2) Vendor Management

 Identify reliable vendors and suppliers.

 Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure advantageous deals.

3) Purchase Operations

 Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance

with internal procedures.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to prevent stock-

outs or overstock situations at outlet level.

 Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any supply chain

disruptions.

4) Cost Control & Budget Management

 Optimize purchase costs while maintaining quality and service standards.

 Ensure adherence to the procurement budget.

 Monitor market trends and recommend alternatives to reduce costs and

improve efficiency.

Compliance & Reporting

 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all

procurement activities.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and reports.

 Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, savings, and supplier

performance for management.

6) Team Management

 Lead, mentor, and supervise the purchasing team.

 Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
