Sales Manager/Team Leader

- Team leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and create campaigns to achieve dealership goals.
- Performance monitoring: Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Operations management: Coordinate with other departments like finance and inventory to ensure smooth operations, including vehicle inventory and delivery procedures.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Financial management: Analyze and control expenditures to stay within budget and ensure profitable margins.
- Compliance: Ensure sales staff understands and follows all dealership policies and procedures.
