Education Sales Counsellor | Business Development Executive | Student Counselling & Inside Sales – EdTech Sector

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 6 months –2 Years

Compensation: ₹3 LPA - 4.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

Are you passionate about career guidance, student counselling, and admissions sales? Join our mission-driven team and help aspiring students choose the right future. We are hiring an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive student enrolment, lead conversion, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Counsel students and parents about available career programs.
  • Convert leads into successful course enrolments.
  • Provide documentation assistance and onboarding support.
  • Meet monthly admission & revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Support students in course selection, application processes, and meeting deadlines.

Qualification:

  • 1+ years of experience in education sales / academic counselling
  • Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
  • Strong emotional intelligence & persuasion skills
  • CRM and Google Sheets experience
  • Knowledge of any one regional language (Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, or Bengali) is preferred.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
