Role & responsibilities :

  • Connect with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their career goals
  • Counsel students on available courses, program benefits, and career outcomes
  • Manage leads efficiently and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and report daily performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate course representation

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an education counsellor or in a similar advisory role
  • Prior experience in an institute or edtech company is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and addressing queries
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
