We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Import Documentation Executive to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in import documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate import documentation processes, including customs clearance and shipping arrangements.
  • Prepare and review import documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to international trade.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of import transactions.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of imports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in import documentation or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
