Job Summary

Looking for a Senior Product and Platform Specialist with deep expertise in data platforms and modern technology stacks such as BigQuery, PySpark and Python. The ideal candidate brings at least 9 years of experience in a specialized technical or functional domain and demonstrates strong leadership, innovation, and accountability in both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead complex initiatives across product and platform teams, aligning with business and technical objectives.

· Own decision-making within a significant area of work including technical, financial, and quality aspects.

· Work independently with minimal supervision; manage and meet allocated team and/or technical goals.

· Provide leadership in organizational and platform management by applying a wide range of technical and management principles.

· Make high-impact decisions that influence milestones, delivery timelines, budget,

quality, and performance.

· Proactively assess and mitigate technical and operational risks.

· Drive and execute highly complex activities across technical, financial, and quality dimensions.

· Apply fundamental principles and expertise in varied and often unpredictable contexts.

· Recommend and implement best-fit standards, tools, methods, and applications relevant to platform and product operations.

· Effectively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering teams to senior stakeholders.

· Demonstrate creativity and innovation in crafting platform and product solutions for business challenges.

· Lead requirements analysis, scope definition, and provide advisory for operational optimization.
