About The Role
Mastech Digital is seeking an accomplished AI Product Leader to define and drive the roadmap for enterprise-scale, AI-driven products. This strategic role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, and Engineering, leading the development of intelligent platforms that transform data into measurable business outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and scale AI-powered enterprise products.
  • Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI into product experiences and architectures.
  • Drive product excellence, customer adoption, and delivery governance across all phases.
  • Collaborate with business, data, and technology leaders to accelerate innovation and scalability.
  • Champion a data-driven culture and translate strategic goals into actionable AI roadmaps.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering Leadership.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML and Cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Data Platforms, MLOps, and modern product strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Deep passion for innovation and delivering tangible business impact through technology.
