Hiring: Practice Leader, Full-Stack & Emerging Technology Engineering

We are seeking a
visionary and results-driven Senior Technology Leader
to assume the role of
Practice Leader, Full-Stack & Emerging Technology Engineering
. This strategic leadership position is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and spearheading innovation across core application engineering and next-generation technology domains. The leader will own P&L, build and scale technology practices, and act as a trusted advisor to global clients.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

1. Practice Leadership & Business Growth (P&L Ownership)

  • Own the
    P&L, revenue generation, and growth strategy
    for the combined practice.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive
    go-to-market strategies
    , competency frameworks, and solution accelerators across all focus areas.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

2. Application Engineering & Delivery Excellence

  • Provide technical and strategic leadership across
    full-stack engineering
    : Web, Mobile, Low-code/No-code, and Immersive technologies.
  • Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including
    Agile, DevOps, and microservices architecture
    , ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Provide expert consultation on
    application architecture, design patterns, and technology stack selection
    .

3. Emerging Technology & AI Integration

  • Shape and scale technology capabilities in
    Emerging Technologies
    including
    AI/ML, Automation, Application Modernization
    , and
    Low-Code/No-Code
    platforms.
  • Guide teams in leveraging
    AI tools and platforms
    to significantly enhance productivity, quality, and automation in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and integrate relevant, high-impact solutions into client engagements.

4. Design Thinking & Stakeholder Management

  • Champion a
    user-centric design
    approach, integrating
    Design Thinking
    methodologies and ensuring high-quality
    Usability Engineering/UX Strategy
    across all applications.
  • Act as a
    trusted advisor
    to executive-level clients and internal stakeholders, representing the practice in strategic forums and contributing to thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    18+ years
    in software/application engineering, with a minimum of
    3 years in a senior practice/technology leadership role
    with P&L accountability.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven expertise in
    Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and full-stack web & mobile development
    .
  • Strong understanding and experience in one or more of the following:
    AI/ML, Automation, Application Modernization, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in
    consulting, architecture design, and stakeholder management
    .
