Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Assist customers with the onboarding process and provide necessary guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all interactions meet the company's quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Handle high volumes of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
