The Role:

We're looking for a sharp, high-energy
Business Development / Sales Manager
who can think strategically, act fast, and build meaningful partnerships. You'll be driving growth, expanding our market footprint, and playing a key role in shaping our next phase of scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and grow B2B and B2C sales channels across key markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to fuel expansion
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape long-term growth plans
  • Track performance, analyze data, and optimize sales processes

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    sales, business development, or partnerships
    , ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong
    communication and negotiation
    skills — both written and verbal
  • A
    strategic, go-getter mindset
    with the ability to convert ideas into action
  • Experience in
    green tech, sustainability, or hardware products
    is a plus
