Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers, founders, and team leads to understand business needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring goals

Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events) to attract top talent

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for tech and non-tech roles

Conduct initial candidate assessments and drive interview processes

Manage ATS systems, recruitment data, and reports

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience

Employer branding: contribute to initiatives that strengthen our employer brand

Collaborate with HR on team-building and organizational growth strategies

Requirements

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques

Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles is a plus

Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
