Head of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, manage the entire hiring process, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Promote sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team. A postgraduate degree and 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition are required.
