Talent Acquisition Lead

Seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment strategies and drive business growth.

  • Reports directly to the TA Head, collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective acquisition plans.
  • Responsible for driving volume hiring into key teams, developing comprehensive talent strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Works on designing, planning, and executing recruitment initiatives, including headcount forecasting, budgeting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Provides expert recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Drives strategic projects/initiatives, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensures seamless integration of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, background checks, and offer management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience, preferably in managing people and HR systems.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with expertise in recruitment strategy, process optimization, and team leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, think strategically, and drive results-driven initiatives.
