Job Responsibilities for Area Sales Manager :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Manage, support, and motivate the sales team within the assigned area.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/ Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the FMCG sector with minimum 5 years exp

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
