Job description

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Candidate having prior experience working in Stock/ Share Broking Company preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To achieve the allocated Equity & Debt Sales.
  • To achieve the allocated Alternative Investment Sales
  • To achieve the target no. of New SIP's
  • To ensure maximum POS activation
  • To achieve the target allocated to empaneled New SB's with Eureka Stock
  • Profiling of the MFD's & Targeting them accordingly, Ensuring timely communication of information and personally meeting them periodically.
  • Identifying MFD's who have the requisite clientele for Alternative Investment, accompany them for joint call's
  • Focusing on unique offering in the segment to maximize sale's, To communicate and educate the distributor about its advantage & potential as a tool for wealth creation.
  • Ensuring that maximum existing investors of all IFA's are investing with us.
  • To ensure wide spread participation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in stock broking, financial advisory, or wealth management sales.
  • Certifications (Preferred): NISM Series VII (Securities Operations & Risk Management) or NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and generate revenue.
  • Customer-centric approach with high service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and trading platforms.
