Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Ahmedabad.
The Sales Coordinator
will be
responsible for supporting the sales team
, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records. The Sales Coordinator will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, order processing, and customer service
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology or networking industry is a plus
