Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, coordinating with customers, ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will include tasks such as processing orders, preparing sales reports, and assisting the sales team with administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
  • Proven Sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to sales and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
