Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with customers to ensure excellent service, supporting the sales team, and facilitating communication between departments. Daily tasks will include handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and ability to support sales activities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the industrial manufacturing or power transmission sector is an advantage
