Key Responsibilities (What you can expect from this role):
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and deliver customer technical support.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor members of the Indi Technology team.
  • Manage a portfolio of the Projects in the CTS Asia Pacific team.
  • Assign and coordinate resources to meet project targets.
  • Steward project delivery and spend, reporting progress monthly to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and develop local capabilities.
  • Act as an advisor to the Head of CTS Asia Pacific team. on India-specific technology issues.
  • Help ensure the overall safe operation of the organisation.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Masters or PhD may be of value).
  • 10 years of experience working in the lubricant additives or OEM industry with versatile knowledge.
  • Proven experience of supervising, coaching, and developing colleagues; an ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and assist in prioritisation activities.
  • Experienced project manager with demonstrated ability to steward projects and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivery and product development in a technical area.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple technical activities and priorities simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm to work with both colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of products and industry technical requirements across the ST business portfolio, the lubricants industry, lubricant formulation, and ST technology deployment activities would be highly advantageous.
