The RoleAre you passionate about nurturing talent and fostering professional growth?
The Talent Development (TD) Manager delivers operational excellence and quality live interactive and self- paced learning interventions. They support the delivery of the TD functional goals which includes managing the training and development needs of regions and functions. The TD Manager works closely with HR Business Partners, as well as business stakeholders to ensure the smooth global administration and delivery of learning programmes, academies, interventions, and AMS systems technology (LMS). With the aim of driving colleague engagement and improving capability.
Key AccountabilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Partner with the business and key stakeholders to identify and agree learning needs in line with strategic goals, clarify business requirements and priorities, and align these where possible to learning interventions
- Delivery of training – corporate induction, professional and leadership Ignite courses, training programs, e.g. soft skills training, train-the-trainer course and equip trainers with all they will need to deliver high quality training, increase employee upskilling, etc.
- Create the best learning experience through design of quality content and managing the end-to-end training and learning experience for regional/functional learning programs and global TD programs. Evaluating the success and impact of these interventions.
- Coordination of trainers and subject matter experts for delivery when needed
- Communication, promotion, and embedding of Learning Culture through internal comms, learning forums and communities to ensure our colleagues take advantage of the offering, complete learning courses/content and understand the effect on performance.
- End to end Project Management
- Manage training programs which includes administration of assessments, quizzes, etc. to assess capability and adoption of learning, refreshing content, scheduling and tracking the training sessions and learning activities
- Team Management and development.
You'll need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrable evidence of virtual/remote and hands–on training delivery
- Ability to design training course content
- Experience of liaising up to senior level within an organisation to establish and build effective relationships
- Project management
- Good MS Office packages experience, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of training processes, logistics and training systems
- Ability to work with training data to interpret them correctly and take appropriate action
- Ability to develop accurate evaluation tools for training activities
- In-depth understanding of business including structures, processes and needs
- Proven track record of managing end to end learning programmes and academies including the design, delivery and evaluation of training course content, training plans and associated collateral
- Experience in research of topics to collate information and build subject matter expertise in an area.
- Understanding of e-learning technology landscape and learning evaluation methods.
