As a Coordinator Sourcing, you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers
  • Use your knowledge and develop a network at AMS to support you in the development of sourcing strategies that use the right channels to attract and engage with your target audience
  • Support candidates keeping them up to date as they progress through the recruitment process.
  • Work with your team to build talent pools of great candidates that can be considered for other roles.
  • Track progress, data, and performance on all applicable systems.
Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Upto 3 years of work experience in BFSI domain
  • Open to work in APAC and EMEA shifts
  • Comfortable in working from Office 5 days a week
  • Exposure to ATS tool and Excel for maintaining data
  • Should demonstrate tenacity, zeal to learn, adaptability and passion to drive excellence
