Position Summary

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter / Admin to join our Pune head office. This hybrid role combines talent

acquisition and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing

recruitment operations, and assisting with day-to-day administrative activities such as travel and accommodation

arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

Source, identify, and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Maintain recruitment-related documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Administrative Support

Manage ticket bookings (air/train) and hotel reservations for staff and consultants.

Handle local travel and logistics coordination.

Assist in managing general office administration tasks as assigned.

Ensure smooth support for employees and visitors during official travel or events.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask recruitment and admin responsibilities efficiently.

Energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team player.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic admin tools.
