Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Location: Pune

Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sourcing Manager to drive business through an active and growing network of real estate channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to generate consistent business leads for Pune-based real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard new channel partners for Pune-based real estate projects
  • Coordinate daily with existing channel partners to generate consistent and quality business leads
  • Build strong relationships and networks with channel partners to ensure regular lead flow and deal closures
  • Manage the overall performance of channel partners to meet set sales targets
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings with channel partners to update them on project details, pricing, and offers
  • Continuously expand the CP network to bring in new business opportunities
  • Track and report channel partner performance and provide necessary support and training
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure lead conversions and client servicing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project offerings, competitive landscape, and local market trends
  • Ensure all channel partner activities comply with company policies and RERA guidelines

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in channel partner acquisition and management within the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales through channel partners
  • Deep understanding of the Pune real estate market and broker network
  • Ability to influence and engage external stakeholders effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience working on Pune real estate projects preferred
