Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Agentic AI & Oracle Logistics (EBS/Fusion)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: NCR Atleos, Gurugram

Role Summary:

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to support Oracle EBS Logistics, Finance, and Fusion operations through Agentic AI. You'll manage deployments, automate workflows, and enhance service delivery using intelligent agents.

Key Responsibilities:DevOps & Automation:

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle EBS and Fusion integrations.
  • Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using scripting and containerization.
  • Monitor system health and performance using AI-driven observability tools.

Agentic AI Integration:

  • Deploy and manage AI agents for diagnostics, scheduling, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize agent workflows and outcomes.

Operations Support:

  • Provide L2 support for Oracle EBS Logistics, Finance, and Fusion operations and AI agent behavior.
  • Analyze system logs and agent outputs to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with business and operations teams to gather feedback and improve automation coverage.
  • Maintain documentation for AI workflows, operational runbooks, and escalation paths.
  • Support change management and release coordination for AI-integrated features.

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years in DevOps or software engineering.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI tools (LangChain, GitHub Copilot, Azure SRE agents).
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS (Logistics, Finance) and Fusion modules.
  • Proficiency in Python/Bash, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, AWS).
