Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele-sales Executive – Motor Insurance Renewals to handle outbound and inbound calls for renewing existing motor insurance policies. Your primary role will be to engage with customers whose policies are due for renewal, explain benefits, provide updated quotes, and ensure maximum policy retention. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Call existing customers whose motor insurance policies are nearing expiry.


• Provide renewal quotes and explain changes in premium, coverage, or terms.


• Persuasively promote renewal of policies by highlighting key benefits and value.


• Handle objections and queries related to policy terms, pricing, or coverage.


• Upsell add-ons (e.g., zero depreciation, roadside assistance, etc.) where applicable.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during calls.


• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.


• Follow up with undecided customers to maximize conversion and retention.


• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for renewal and retention rates.

Requirements:


• Minimum 0 months to 1 year experience in tele-sales,


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to explain insurance terms in simple, customer-friendly language.


• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.


• Fluency in [language(s), e.g., English +Hindi/regional language].
