Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive
Telesales Executive
to promote and sell our
Audit and Compliance Service Packages
to businesses and professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of basic accounting or audit services, and a passion for achieving sales targets through phone and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (businesses, startups, firms) to promote audit and compliance packages.
  • Explain service offerings clearly and professionally, addressing client queries and objections.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and database follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information and call status.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales by building trust and demonstrating service value.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts/Audit team for client onboarding after successful sales.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, or WhatsApp until closure.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship for repeat sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in financial, audit, or professional services).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of audit, accounting, or compliance processes (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejections professionally.
  • Fluency in English and local language (Hindi/Tamil/Regional language preferred).
