Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Tele Sales - Specialist
to manage and mentor the pre-sales team, ensure effective lead management, and drive conversion support to the sales department. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team to ensure timely follow-up on all leads generated through multiple channels.
- Assign leads to the team, monitor daily performance, and ensure achievement of set targets.
- Qualify potential leads through telephonic discussions and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-up status.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, offers, and project updates.
- Analyze lead sources and conversion data to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and lead status.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 – 6 years of experience
in pre-sales or telecalling, preferably in the
real estate industry
. - Proven experience in
team handling
and performance management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in
CRM tools
and
MS Excel / Google Sheets
. - Target-driven, proactive, and organized approach to work.

- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
