SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - PURCHASE-TO-PAY (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting and support to departments in SAP Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Design, implement, and further develop SAP processes in purchasing and invoice verification.
  • Participate and lead projects aimed at process optimisation within the SAP environment.
  • Analyse and gather requirements from business departments and derive and implement appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Customise the SAP system in MM and related modules (e.g., FI/CO)
  • Conduct testing as well as training and support for key users and departments.
  • Ensure smooth operations and perform error analysis and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on MM / Purchase-to-Pay.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM module, including procurement, invoice processing, and integration with FI.
  • Experience in customizing and collaborating with user exits/BADIs is a plus.
  • Understanding of business processes in Purchase-to-Pay.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
