We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA Service professional at The Citadel Sarovar Portico. This role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, bookings, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and performance metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as hospitality and customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling quick decision-making and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Freshers with a passion for learning and growing in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
