Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the B2C Sales & Marketing operations for Chennai, focusing on company-generated leads, driving sales closures, training and monitoring the B2C team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and collections, and updating CRM systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Handle complete B2C sales responsibility for Chennai.
- Focus on closing sales from company-generated leads.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
- Team Management:
- Lead, train, and monitor the B2C sales team across Andhra Pradesh.
- Guide the team in handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
- Review team performance and provide continuous coaching.
- Client Handling & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and referrals.
- Participate in key negotiations and sales presentations as required.
- CRM & Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate lead updates in CRM.
- Maintain comprehensive records of follow-ups, quotations, and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation finalization and design submissions.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams for timely support on proposals.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in team-generated quotations and communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
